Duke Marketing Ltd has submitted plans for temporary beach-side accommodation on Peel promenade this summer.
Having seen success with a similar project in Douglas, during the TT and Grand Prix in previous years, chief executive Peter Duke says this is an ideal location for a new venture:
Peel Town Commissioners unanimously supported the plans in principal, subject to planning approval, according to commissioner Alan Jones.
