A new planning application has been submitted for beach huts on Douglas Promenade.
Lisa Leo of Onchan says she wants to put six huts on land on Queens Promenade near Switzerland Road.
In her application, she says the wheelchair-friendly facilities would be open from 10am to 6pm each day.
If approved, the huts - which measure six feet by eight feet - would feature decking where people can put deckchairs.
