HMV should announce refund arrangements today
Retailer HMV should be announcing arrangements for Bay Festival ticket refunds today.
The festival was due to be held in June but was cancelled in May due to poor ticket sales.
The original deadline for refunds was last month but wasn't met and talks had been continuing between HMV and Jonathan Irving.
The store had said last month that final arrangements for refund payments would be made by today.
