Ballaugh Mountain no longer 'stock proof' after damage to cattle grid

The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team are investigating how damage was caused to the first cattle grid on the way up to Druidale from Ballaugh Glen Road.

An over-sized vehicle which has caused the damage did not report it to DEFA, the tenant or Police - there is no indication as to when the incident occured.

This has resulted in the Ballaugh Mountain as being no longer stock-proof.

Anyone with information that can assist in this investigation is asked to contact Ramsey Police Station on 812234.
