The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team are investigating how damage was caused to the first cattle grid on the way up to Druidale from Ballaugh Glen Road.
An over-sized vehicle which has caused the damage did not report it to DEFA, the tenant or Police - there is no indication as to when the incident occured.
This has resulted in the Ballaugh Mountain as being no longer stock-proof.
