Could a new snooker, pool and billiards centre be coming to the south of the Island?
The Cue Zone has put forward plans for one to be an additional use of the former Southern Sorting Office at Ronaldsway Estate in Ballasalla.
In its application, the organisation says it would be open to the public and aim to train youngsters who want to get involved in the sport with the help of qualified European coaches.
It added it wants to re-ignite inter-Island tournaments with England, Wales, Scotland and the Channel Islands - there won't be any application for an alcohol licence.
