The Ballamodha straight will be closed for several hours following a crash.
Fire crews from Castletown and Malew station have attended the incident involving two cars.
One casualty was cut out of the car, with crews also helping the ambulance service.
It’s not yet known when the route will reopen - it’s currently closed from Solomon’s Corner to the St Marks junction.
