Year 9 and 10 students at Ballakermeen have been asked to work from home or the rest of this week.
According to a letter from Headteacher Adrienne Burnett, the school has 23 teachers absent as well as a lack of supply teachers available.
It’s the first time students have had to work from home since the beginning of January.
If the situation improves, it will be confirmed which year group should return to school and when.
