A man who’s admitted possessing 130 prescription tablets he shouldn’t have had will be sentenced next month.
Daniel Joseph Cachia of Willaston Crescent in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 18 year old pleaded guilty to possessing the class C drug Xanax, possessing £16 worth of cannabis and having £678 in criminal property.
The court heard the tablets had been found following a search of Cachia’s home address.
He was granted bail in the sum of £500 and will appear at the Court of General Gaol Delivery on April 1.
