A product of Heinz baby food has been recalled by both the manufacturer itself and Tesco.
It regards the 7+ months Heinz by Nature range, after it was discovered a single jar of baby food had been tampered with.
Two sharp metal fragments were subsequently found.
However, only jars in the 7+ month range which have been purchased from Tesco are affected.
