A Tynwald member will stand trial in August over allegations he, his father and two companies he's involved with breached data protection laws.
Juan Turner MLC of Park Close in Glen Vine, his father David Turner of Mountain View in Douglas, Island FM and Carrick Creative all deny data protection offences.
They appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes this week for a pre-trial review.
The trial will take place on Thursday, August 2.
