The retrial of the Island's suspended Attorney General will begin again today.
52-year-old Stephen Harding is facing a two week trial in front of Deemster Birkett.
In December the jury in the original trial was dismissed after failing to reach a unanimous verdict.
The Glen Vine man denies charges of committing acts against public justice and perjury.
It will take place at Douglas Courthouse at 10.15am.
