Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Douglas.
There was an altercation between two men on Castle Street at 4.20pm yesterday afternoon.
A third male is believed to have attempted to stop the incident.
Officers say that due to the time of day and the area - it's likely that a number of people may witnessed it.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Headquarters.
