A civic amenity site says it can't take any rubble or soil after someone dumped asbestos in a skip.
The Northern Civic Amenity Site on Bride Road at Balladoole posted to Facebook about the incident.
It says after the skip was contaminated with asbestos, it's sent samples for laboratory analysis and is awaiting the results.
