A blueprint for the Island's future development is the subject of a public inquiry hearing today.
The proposed Area Plan for the North and West will come under the spotlight in Ramsey's Masonic Hall on Lezayre Road from 10am.
The plan gives every piece of land a use - whether that's housing, agricultural or leisure.
