April fool - did you get caught this morning?!

The Isle of Man's seen its fair share of online pranks this morning.

It's April Fools' Day, and a number of organisations took to social media to crack plausible-sounding jokes.

Among them was 3FM's news story about seagulls being imported to the Island to be farmed in Foxdale.

But there were plenty of other attempts to fleece people this morning - with the Southern Agricultural show announcing a new competition category for sheep and their lookalike owners.

Isle of Play said it'll run a charity petrol station after striking oil under its playground.

Isle of Man Creamery said it would follow in KFC's footsteps and launch pickle milk!

Meanwhile, the Creek Inn in Peel announced it's launched a new lager for dogs.

Ramsey commissioners say they're installing new Manx-speaking litter bins.

The Gelatory is offering a new boarding pass to let people skip to the front of queues.

Culture Vannin has released a new floating music stage into the Sulby River, where it'll wash out to sea and around the coast.

And 4 Paws Adventures says it's upgraded its dog exercise field with a new soft play area for pooches.
