Applications for family of residents to travel over to the Island are opening later today.
Applications will open at Noon and will also be available to property owners.
Those who come to the Isle of Man under the exemptions will also only have to isolate for seven days instead of 14, provided they agree to testing on arrival and day six of their quarantine period.
It comes as the Island prepares to move to Level 3 border restrictions from tomorrow (May 1) - also from Saturday, the cost of a Covid-19 tests will be reduced from £50 to £30.
