Douglas Borough Council has applied to demolish and replace the football changing rooms in Pulrose.
The current building at Spring Valley playing fields was built in the 1980s, and was 'condemned' by the Council due to its 'unsafe nature.'
A planning application has been submitted to replace the facilities in line with the English Football Association's Football Foundation requirements.
The Foundation will provide Douglas Council with grant funding for the project.
