Arbory and Rushen Commissioners are appealing to the public to help identify a fly-tipper.
It says it happened at the Southern Civic Amenity Site entrance on September 24 at 4.05pm, when the site had closed.
The person dumped a bed base, Christmas tree and several other items at the entrance before reversing back onto the road and leaving.
Staff have since cleaned up the mess left but says the whole event was captured on CCTV and they would like to speak to the culprit.
