Police are appealing for witnesses after a car crash near The Nunnery in Douglas early this morning.
It happened at around 2.05am and led to the road being shut for a number of hours.
Officers say the dark coloured Toyota had "driven at speed" along the Old Castletown Road before crashing in Kewaigue.
Anyone who saw what happened has been asked to contact Police Headquarters.
