A number of anti-vax stickers were found stuck to public property outside Ramsey Courthouse on Friday.
It comes as health workers from Ramsey Group Practice were administering flu jabs from the building last week.
Ramsey Commissioners say the cost of removing the stickers will fall to the ratepayers and is an unnecessary expense resulting from a thoughtless act.
They add that they hope those responsible will reflect on their negative contribution to the community.
