The Department of Infrastructure says its countdown to TT will see a stretch of the course in the west of the Island closed this week.
Workers are getting the road ready for this year's racing festival, and are working between Ballig and Cronk Y Voddy.
The road will be shut each day this week from 9.30am and 3.30pm.
The DOI says residents will be allowed through to get to their homes, while Glen Helen and the newly opened farm shop can be reached via Cronk Y Voddy.
