Metal detectors have uncovered three archaeological finds which date back as far as 1000 AD.
A gold ring and silver seal matrix, 119 silver coins, and a Viking age gold ingot have all been given Treasure Trove status.
Although the items now technically belong to The Queen they are staying on the Island so that more research can be carried out:
