Manx Care says the number of people not attending appointments is continuing to affect GP surgeries across the Island.
There were 993 'Did Not Attends' in total in July, followed by 944 in August.
Peel was one of the worst affected surgeries, with 129 people missing appointments in July, and 125 the following month.
People are reminded to cancel their appointments if they can no longer make it, so it can be offered to someone else - information on how to cancel can be found on the Manx Care website.
