A former Parish Walk winner has appeared in court accused of being a "Peeping Tom".
63 year old Vincent Lynch, of Head Road in Douglas, appeared at Douglas Courthouse charged with one count of provoking behaviour.
Prosecutor Peter Connick said that a woman who'd just got out of her shower allegedly saw Mr Lynch pressing his face against her window.
Mr Lynch was bailed to appear in court again on September 26.
