A Peel man accused of drink-driving will appear in court later this month.
William Senior of Close Quane was excused appearing before magistrates when his case was called at Douglas Courthouse.
The 45-year-old hasn't yet entered a plea to a single charge of being over the legal limit on November 14.
Magistrates adjourned the case and he's next due to appear on January 13.
