A Ramsey man accused of driving on closed roads in TT will appear in court in August.
60 year old Alan Kermode of Church Road appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
He denies driving his Citroen Berlingo in Churchtown in Ramsey on May 29 during a red flag incident in a practice session.
He was bailed to appear again at a pre-trial review hearing on August 15.
