A spokesman for UK pub chain Wetherspoons says all employees will transfer over to the company as it sets up its first Isle of Man venue.
Eddie Gershon says the giant UK chain is planning to open in 1886 Bar and Grill on Regent Street in Douglas later this year.
He says all workers will be transferred to the new company and there'll be more jobs available.
There are more than 650 Wetherspoons pubs scattered across Britain.
