A charity set up by an Island businessman has bought its first hotel for £11.5 million in Chester.
The Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation bought Windsor House,which has a Travelodge and Tesco store, in the city centre.
The foundation was set up by Santon businessman Albert Gubay, who died in 2016.
It supports charities across the UK and holds a huge property portfolio.
