Ronaldsway Airport's airfield will be closed for a time this evening and tomorrow.
Staff announced that because of a high level of sickness within Air Traffic Control, a staff break will be in place today and on Friday because of a staff shortage.
The closure will be between 7pm and 7.35pm.
Flights are not believed to be affected by the closure, but there might be a delay of 10 minutes to the easyJet London Gatwick flight arriving at 7.25pm.
