Ronaldsway Airport's runway has been closed by heavy ice and sleet.
The airport is asking passengers to be patient as teams carry out de-icing work.
It adds normal operations will resume as soon as it's safe, and to check for flight updates via the airport's website.
A yellow weather warning for snow and ice is currently in place until midday, Friday, January 2.
