A garage in Ballasalla will get a facelift after planners approved proposals to redevelop the site.
Mannin Retail, based in Kewaigue, will transform the Airport Garage near Ronaldsway Airport.
Planners have given the green light to plans which will see two new retail units and two industrial units built on the site.
Under the plans, the shops will open from 8am to 9pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 6pm each Sunday.
