Agriculture and fisheries to see most changes in event of 'Brexit'

Government has published a report on the potential implications of a Brexit.   

The Council of Ministers commissioned - there's only two months left until the United Kingdom decides on whether or not it'll stay in the EU.

Agreements between the Crown Dependencies and the continent would become void as a result, and new protocols would need to be established. 

Manufacturing, agriculture and fisheries are expected to see the most significant effects.
