Three adventurers from the Isle of Man will set sail on a "merciless race in an idyllic setting" today.
Chris Shimmin, Anthony Gullan and Taz Ibrahim are taking part in the Ngalawa Cup in the Indian Ocean - a 500km race up the coast of Tanzania:
The trio - dubbed "The Wet Dreamers" - will sail between 6.30am and 6pm each day stopping off at checkpoints and camping on desert islands or in fishing villages.
They're raising money for the local charity Wish Upon a Dream - Chris says they sought out the challenge after a busy day in the office but may have underestimated how difficult it will be:
