Offenders who 'choose to abuse' others on the Isle of Man should be forced to confront their behaviour.
That's the view of Prison Works - the Island organisation is trying to roll out an American programme called Emerge.
The USA accredited course is a 40 week scheme which challenges people on their behaviour in a bid to help them change their ways.
According to Prison Works 95 per cent of offenders are either victims of abuse or people who are choosing to abuse others - Marcia Brabbs is spearheading the project:
