A group campaigning for women's rights on the Island says it's disappointed about outside interference in Manx law.
70 year old Greg Cunningham served with the Ronald Reagan administration and now heads the Centre for Bioethical Reform - which funds Abort67.
He says the group will sue if the new Abortion Reform Bill being discussed by the House of Keys becomes law.
