 
                            The Island's A&E department is currently experiencing 'longer than usual waiting times.'
That's according to Manx Care, who took to social media to issue an update.
The health body says its down to a large number of people who are poorly and require treatment.
As a result, people are being asked to consider whether they need to go straight to the Emergency Department, or if they can get help elsewhere, like the Minor Injuries Unit in Ramsey.
