Isle Of Man Samaritans are recruiting more volunteers, Adrian tells his story.
Samaritans offer a 24/7 service of emotional support for anyone feeling down, depressed, anxious or unhappy. They are always looking to recruit new volunteers to help continue the service.
There is an information evening today (Monday) from 7pm at St. Andrews Church Hall, opposite St Ninian's Church in Douglas. Alternatively, email recruit-iomsams@manx.net or call 251505.
Samaritan volunteer Adrian told 3FM how he discovered the Samaritans, what is involved in being a Samaritan and how it has changed his life.
