Police have confirmed a 91-year-old woman has died in a flat fire.
The blaze took place on Wednesday on Battery Road in Peel.
It's also been confirmed a man from the same property is currently in a serious condition at Nobles Hospital receiving treatment.
Authorities have passed on their condolences to the family and are asking the public not to speculate as investigations continue.
Further to this Police ask that the Public refrain from speculating on this incident inquiries are still ongoing.
