A pensioner’s appeared in court over an allegation she ran over a pedestrian in Onchan.
Vivien Roma Proven of Sea Cliff Road in Onchan appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 83 year old denies causing serious bodily harm by driving without due care and attention at Port Jack on January 2.
Magistrates adjourned the case, and she’ll next appear in court on September 2.
