A young gym-goer has left her peers amazed after completing a four-minute dead hang.
The Meadow Gym in Douglas shared a photo of seven-year-old Grace, one of its youngest members, who managed to hold onto an overhead bar for the impressive time.
Owners described the 'little lunatic' as a dedicated regular, saying she's been training with them for over a year and in that time has already mastered 10 pull-ups and 11 handstand push-ups.
Fitness seems to run in the family as her dad Ben, mum Jen and brother George are also members, and staff are now challenging others to give the feat a go and see if they can beat Grace's record.
