The government wants to employ a new manager to oversee the new immigration health surcharge - with a salary of up to £66,000 a year.
The new Project Lead for Immigration Health Surcharge would work on a 12-month contract at the Treasury as it brings in the new fees.
The surcharge was approved by Tynwald in July and would see those coming to the Island to live, work or study pay towards the costs of the NHS.
It's estimated it would bring in around £600,000 a year.
You can find out more, and apply, via the government's jobs website.
