A 65 year old man from Douglas has been charged in relation to the death of Carolyn Buchan.
Police have confirmed the people arrested on March 21 for death by dangerous driving and fail to stop/report an accident have been released from bail, with no further action being taken.
This afternoon the Douglas man was charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention, failing to stop at the scene of an accident, and failing to report an accident.
Detective Chief Inspector Mark Newey says this complex investigation involved CCTV, following up on information from the Manx public and specialist scientific support from the UK.
