39 bus services planned for today amid latest strike action

Bus Vannin says it's hoping to run a total of 39 services today, on the last day of the latest strike.

Drivers at Unite the Union walked out on Friday, in an ongoing dispute about contracts and pay.

Timetables are due to return to normal tomorrow - with another four-day strike planned for Friday.

Today's services are due to run until 8.15pm, with the last bus leaving Port Erin for Douglas.
