Bus Vannin says it's had more than 500 complaints about its drivers in the past five years.
A Freedom of Information request asked for the figures since 2021.
In its response, the organisation said 528 complaints had been made in total, including 386 about driving standards.
Customer interactions accounts for another 111, while 31 complaints were made about drivers' behaviour.
