The Island's air ambulance service says it transferred 37 people between the Isle of Man and off-Island destinations in April.
On its Facebook page, it says 27 of those were taken off-Island for treatment, while it helped another 10 people return to the Isle of Man.
It adds 11 of the transfers were urgent cases needed to save life or limb.
And although its average transfer time was just under two hours, its fastest took less than an hour and a half.
