Approval has been given to build 30 more homes for a development in Ramsey.
The three-bedroom properties will be part of the next phase of development at Auldyn Meadow by Island-based firm Dandara.
Dandara says the new homes should be available to move into by next summer and believes they'll help towards meeting local demand for family residences.
The two and three-bed bungalows which formed the previous phase of the project have already sold out.
