£25-million plans for the Island's capital have been approved.
Kane Ltd is behind the proposal - which includes a hotel, seven-screen cinema, restaurants and stores on Lord Street in Douglas.
The complex also includes an 80-bed hotel on North Quay.
The former Bus Sation site has been used a car park for more than 15 years.
It comes following Kane Ltd submitting an application for the complex in August last year.
