This year's rescheduled Young Farmers Concert has been cancelled, its organisers have confirmed.
Ater being called off in March it was then scheduled to take place in May, however those behind it say the decision to cancel is due to the ongoing uncertainty around Covid-19 at this time.
It had been hoped it could've been rearranged again in June, however following feedback from club and committee members a vote by the council said this wouldn't be possible.
Organisers add whilst they're extremely disappointed they won't get to take to the Villa Gaiety stage this year, they're aiming to come back 'bigger and better' on March 24-26, 2022.
They're thanking all those who've been part of trying to get the occasion together and say they have several things in the pipeline for later in 2021.
