Meanwhile, a busy sitting of the court will see 23 questions for oral response and 28 for written reply for politicans to consider.
Among the topics for discussion will be Covid-19 testing, the 111 service, flood defences and checks on UK-registered vehicles.
The sitting is due to start in Douglas at 10.30am.
