Plans have been put forward to increase the size of a popular bar in Douglas.
1886 Bar and Grill on Regent Street wants to expand by changing the use of the former takeaway next door to the premises.
The building next to the bar was previously occupied by Herrons Country Fried Chicken which closed down in February.
If approved, it's hoped the expansion will provide a dedicated stage area for DJ's and musicians whilst also increasing customer capacity.
